HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Main responsibilities as a Business Partner
Development of proactive interfunctional and interprofessional relationship within internal customer, as “ Business Partner specialist”, to manage personnel issues;
Balancing business needs with human resources policies and constraints;
Department support during personell planning (year planning, budget) requests collection by working closer with line of management, personnel administration and HR director;
Applying wages and compensation policies
Contracts preparation by working closer to people in charge for labour law and personnel administration.
People hiring, resignation, job rotation and personnel changes communication and reporting by working closer with people in charge for development and organization and personell admistration;
Welcome and induction to employees;
Company group guidelines and policies application for personnel management during employment contract lifecycle;
Performance management process implementation ( involvment, Performance committees participation and training requests collection, document management) by working closer with people in charge for development and organization;
Managing and upgrading of organizational tools ( job descrption, organization position, grading, organizational charts) by working closely with people in charge for development and organization;
Salary rewiev process ( remuneration requests collection, communication to employees of salary increase / bonus) in compliance with internal policies.
Departments support for index climate operations results discussion and communication;
Managing training (needs, programs, feedback) by working closely with people in charge to COE Training.
Main responsibilities as a COE Recruiting
Recruiting needs definition by working closer with the requiring organizational units ( job descrption, organization position, grading) and line of management.
Building and applying of Recruiting models (external, recruiting channel selection, hiring process proposal, contractual agreement), evaluating results and impacts in terms of cost and quality, KPI achievement etc.
University Degree preferably in Economy / Law Sciences;
Very good knowledge of English language, a second foreign language is a plus;
An experience in the use of social network is highly requested;
5 years of experience in production companies, preferably entrepreneurial;
Solid experience in recruiting.
